Introduction
Every session begins with connection and clarity. These terms are here to protect both of us — outlining expectations, payments, and how I care for your images from start to finish. My goal is simple: for your experience to feel effortless, honest, and joy-filled from the moment you inquire to the moment your photos arrive.

Overview
By booking or using this website, you agree to the following terms between you ('the Client') and Areli Bowman Photography ('the Photographer').

Booking & Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. New dates are subject to availability. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or weather, a new date will be offered or refunded.

Model Release & Photo Usage
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, you grant Areli Bowman Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, and social media.

Copyright & Usage Rights
All images remain the copyright of Areli Bowman Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights to print and share images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written consent.

Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control such as weather, venue restrictions, or lateness. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered via online gallery as noted in your contract. Galleries remain active for a limited time and should be downloaded promptly.

Artistic Style
Clients trust Areli Bowman Photography’s creative discretion in image selection and editing style.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
